白炭黑对导电硅橡胶的线性及电阻特性的影响

摘　　要：发现白炭黑能明显提高导电硅橡胶的线性特优确定最佳的白炭黑填充量为16.7～23.The influence of the silica fillers on the linear characteristic and the specific property of resistance of the conductive silicone rubber was studied. The experimental results show the silica can raise the linear characteristic of the conductive silicon rubber remarkably, the best range of content (volume fration) of silica is from 16.7% to 23.1 %. The experiment results for the specific property of resistance have been explained reasonably by means of a theoretical model.
