摘　　要：特色与创新有着内在的逻辑关系,特色就是创新,创新是特色的追求和表现。地方高校培养创新人才必须立足校情,并以彰显自身特色作为其培养创新人才的基点,其中特色思想是前提,特色目标是导向,特色环境是基础。There is an inherent logical connection between characteristics and innovation . A characteristics is characterized by an innovation, and an innovation represents the seeking aims of characteristics . The cultivating of the creative talents in the colleges and universities run by the local authorities must highlight its own characteristics as the basic foundation of teaching , which is based on the specific situation in each school . The thinking way with characteristic is regarded as the premise, and the goal and environment should be characteristics -oriented .
