摘  要:采用半预聚物法合成一种填充轮胎低硬度浇注型聚氨酯弹性体,分别研究了不同种类多元醇,不同种类软化剂及其用量,不同种类交联剂及其用量,不同NCO含量对材料性能的影响。结果表明,采用聚醚多元醇TEP-240和TEP-330N制得的弹性体力学性能较好。In this paper, double components low hardness-cast polyurethane elastomer for filling flat-proofing tire was prepared by the method of quasi-propolymer based on different materials. The main factors effecting on the physical and mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomer was discussed as follow:different polyether polyols, different free-NCO group content, content of plasticizer, different chain extenders and different proportion of them and the proportion of --NCO group with compound contain reactive hydrogen atom. The resuls indicated that the elastomer prepared with TEP --240 or TEP-330N had good mechanical properities.
