摘　　要：介绍了火力发电厂锅炉烟气干法脱硫除尘装置输送粉状物料胶管的结构及内层胶配方设计,采用1100dtex/3聚酯浸胶帘布和金属螺旋线作增强层,胶管内层胶厚度为6mm,主体材料采用乙烯质量分数为0.70的EPDM,硫化体系为硫黄/促进剂M/TMTD(并用比为1.5/0.9/1.9),补强剂采用炭黑N220(100份)。结果表明,采用该结构和配方生产的胶管性能良好,使用寿命在1a以上。The structure and inner formula design of the powder delivery hose for fume dry method devulcanizing dust removing device in fuel-burning power plant were investigated in this paper. And the 1100 dtex/3 polyester viscose cord fabric and metal helix were used as the reinforcement lay of the inner hose, and it＇s wall thickness was 6.0mm and it＇s main materials was EPDM（the vinyl contant was 0.7） ,and the curing system was S/M/TMTD,and the reinforcement agent was carbon black N220, The properties of the hose was very good,and it＇s useful life was over 1 year.
