摘　　要：探讨了实芯轮胎生产方法,阐述了传统模压法、缠绕法和离心浇注法的工作原理及其优缺点,研究了实芯轮胎的注射成型及3种注射型轮胎结构,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望。The production methods of solid tires were studied in this paper. Firstly, the operating principle, merits, and faults about die pressing, winding, and centrifugal pouring methods were introduced. Secondly, the injection of solid tire and three structures for injection was studied. Finally, the future development trend of the solid tire production process was concluded.
