老年股骨粗隆间骨折的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法:手术治疗60岁以上股骨粗隆间骨折患者31例,其中Gamma钉固定16例,动力髋螺钉固定7例,外固定支架固定4例,经皮空心钉固定4例。结果:29例随访10～30月(平均16月),骨折全部愈合,时间为3.5～8月。术后出现髋内翻畸形3例,外固定架针道感染1例,下肢静脉血栓形成1例。结论:手术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折,应以创伤小、术后恢复快,并发症少为原则。Objective To evaluate various treatment procedures for intertrochanterie fracture of the aged. Methods Thirty-one patients with intertrochanterie fracture over 60 years old were admitted, of them 16 patients were fixed by mini-wound Gamma mails, 7 patients by mini - wound dynamic hip screw, 4 patients by external fixation bracket, 4 patients by percuteneous hollow screw. Results In the series 29 patients were followed up for 10 - 30 months （mean 16）, all patients healed between 3.5 - 8 months, 3 patients suffered from hip varus, 1 patient had infection of extemal fixation bracket and 1 patient was complicated with lower limb deep vein thrombosis. Conclusion Mini - wound operative procedure on intertrochanterie fractures of the aged is lowly traumatic, easy to heal, safe with less complications.
