摘　　要：根据对国家标准及一些行业规范的学习,结合老年人生理和心理特点,从安全性、方便性、适用性方面阐述了老年人居住建筑电气设计中需要特别注意的问题,包括配电设计、照明设计、插座布置、等电位联结要求、紧急呼叫系统、火灾自动报警系统设计要求等。Based on the study of the national standards and some trade codes, those aspects, including power distribution design, lighting design, sockets layout, equipotential bonding requirement, emergency calling system and automatic fire alarm system design requirement, to which special attention should be paid in the electrical design of the residential buildings for the aged, are set forth from the view of safety, convenience and serviceability in combination with the physiological and psychological characteristics of the aged.
