摘  要:建立了用GC/MS同时测定废水中6种邻苯二甲酸酯类内分泌干扰物的方法.在优化条件下,测定6种邻苯二甲酸酯的线性范围为0.2~2.0μg/mL,检测限为0.1~2.2μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.30%~12.64%;实际水样中测定六种邻苯二甲酸酯的加标回收率为82.0%~116.7%.将本法用于废水、江水及自来水中邻苯二甲酸酯的测定,结果表明所有水样中均检测出邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP),但邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯(BBP)及邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)三种酯均未检测出;人工湿地能够去除邻苯二甲酸酯类物质,对DEP,DBP及DEHP的去除率分别为64.6%,44.6%与18.6%.A determining method of six phthalates which are endocrine disruptors in wastewater samples by GC/MS was established. Under the optimized conditions,the linear range for real samples were from 0.2 to 2.0μg/mL,and limits of detection ranged between 0.1 and 2.2μg/L. The relative standard deviation values obtained were between 2. 30% and 12.64%. The recoveries at three spiking levels were over 82.0% and under 116.7%. The authors have used the method to analyze wastewater,river and tap water. The resuits showed that DEHP and DBP were both found in all samples,but DMP,BBP and DEHP were not detected. The constructed wetland can remove PAEs,the removal efficiencies of DEP,DBP and DEHP were 64.6%,4. 6% and 18.6% ,respectively.
