摘 要:目的对人发制成填充材料的微观结构及小香猪皮内填充效果进行观察,寻求良好的软组织填充材料。方法取健康人黑发20g,经脱色后制成可注射性软组织填充材料。电镜下观察材料的微观结构。选取3个月龄的健康小香猪2只,将材料注入小香猪腹部左侧皮内(15个点/只),为实验组;以腹部右侧对应部位的正常皮肤为对照组。每只香猪分别于注射后第1、4、12、24周切取三组的皮肤,行对比观察。结果电镜下观察,人发制备的填充材料呈束状结构。注射后第24周,填充材料大部分被吸收,被自体成纤维细胞及胶原所取代,无局部及全身不良反应;第12、24周,实验组的真皮层较对照组的明显增厚,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人发制备的填充材料具有良好的组织相容性,并促进了局部真皮层增厚。其可能成为一种新型的软组织填充材料。Objective To observe the microstructure of hair and evaluate its intracutaneous filling effect as a new kind of soft tissue filling agent. Methods After bleaching 20 g of black hair, injectable material was prepared. The microstructure of this material was observed under the electron microscopy. Two 3 month - old pigs were selected as experimental animals. The material was injected cutaneously in the left abdominal region (15 points) as the experiment sites, and in the normal cutaneous in the right region as the control sites. At 1, 4, 12 and 24 weeks, local reaction was studied grossly. Results The injectable material existed in keratinous hair fiber bundles. After 24 weeks in the filling position, the majority of hair keratin was absorbed, and was replaced by autologous fibroblasts and collagen. There were no local or systemic adverse reactions. Adjacent dermis of experiment sites was thicker than that in control groups at 12 and 24 weeks, and the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The material from hair has good biocompatibility in vivo and can promote local filling and replacement of the dermis. It may become a new kind of soft tissue filling agent.
