摘　　要：本文主要研究了电子商务对传统冲突法的冲击,电子商务合同的连接点确定以及电子商务合同的法律适用原则,并就此提出了自己的一些观点和看法。The legal problems of the governing power of E - Business companies, principles of applying the traditional law and how to determine the link point are illustrated in this paper. Finally, some views and solutions on the related problems are stated.
