摘 要:将大鼠随机分为对照组和力竭运动组,后者又分为运动后即刻、2、6、12、24、48和72小时组,测定钙蛋白酶蛋白及mRNA表达。结果:运动后,CANPⅡ活性显著升高,与运动性肌肉损伤关系密切。而CANPⅠ活性的变化在肌肉损伤之前,可能与肌肉损伤的预测有关。CANPⅠ和CANPⅡ的mRNA水平与对照组比均无明显改变。结论:CANPⅡ与CANPⅠ在运动后呈现不同的变化趋势,调节机制不尽相同,升高的CANPⅡ活性在运动性肌肉损伤过程中起到重要作用。In this article, rats are randomly divided into the control group and the exhaustion exercise group with the latter group further divided into sub - groups of 2, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours to test the content of mRNa. Research findings indicate : after exercises, the living quality of the CANP Ⅱ has been dramatically improved and is closely related to the sports muscle injury, while a possible relation exists between the living quality change of CANP Ⅰ before the injury of the muscle and the prediction of the muscle injury. The mRNA level in CANP Ⅰ and CANP Ⅱ displays no obvious change compared with that of the control group. It is concluded that CANP Ⅱ and CANPⅠdisplay different changing trend after exercises and they have different regulation mechanisms. The rising CANP Ⅱ living quality plays an important role in the course of sports muscle injury.
