摘  要:采用Fenton试剂预处理钻井废水,研究了Fenton反应中各影响因子对废水COD去除率、BOD5/COD值的影响并分析其作用机制,确定了最佳条件,即初始pH为4.0,H2O2/Fe^2+(摩尔浓度比,c:c)=20,H2O2/COD(质量浓度比,埘:w:w)=1,反应时间为2h。在该条件下,废水的COD去除率约为40%,BOD5/COD值从0.002~0.003提高至0.15~0.2,可生化性得到很大提高,为后续生物处理创造了条件,紫外一可见吸收光谱分析表明,可生化性的改善主要是由于有机物的分子结构发生了变化。The drilling wastewater was pretreated by Fenton' s reagent. The various effects of the reagent on the removal efficiency of COD and BOD5/COD ratio were investigated and its mechanism was analyzed. The optimal conditions were: initial pH, 4. 0; molar concentration ratio of H2O2/Fe^2+ (w: w) , 20; concentration ratio of H2O2/COD (c: c) , 1 and reaction time, 120 min. Under the above conditions, the removal efficiency of COD was about 40% and the BODS/COD ratio increased from 0. 002 - 0. 003 to 0. 15 - 0. 2. The biodegradability of drilling wastewater was greatly improved, which benefits future biological treatment. The results of ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum analysis showed that the improved biodegradability was caused by the change in molecular structure of organic substances. Fig 6, Tab 3, Ref 14
