摘　　要：国内烧结厂在生石灰消化方面,由于除尘问题没有得到有效解决,生石灰消化器一直使用得不太好,至使生石灰的作用没有得到充分的发挥。有鉴于此,八钢自行设计了生石灰消化除尘装置,成功的解决了这一问题,既改善了工作环境,又取得了较好的效益。Because of the de-dusting technique during burnt-lime hydrating was not perfectly solved in our country, so the operation of burnt-lime hydrator was not desirable, and effect of hydrate-lime was not made full use. Pointed at this aspect, a new device for burnt-lime hydrating and de-dusting was developed by August 1 Steel, and this device can solve above problem perfectly.
