摘  要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚酯多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为主要原料制得含C=C双键的水性聚氨酯预聚体,然后加入引发剂和甲基丙烯酸甲酯,经乳液聚合得到聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(PUA)乳液。讨论了DMPA及MMA用量等对PUA乳液性能的影响。用FT-IR等方法对制备的PUA乳液结构及有关性能进行了分析和表征。结果表明,当总体n(—NCO)n∶(—OH)=1.2、DMPA用量为5%、MMA用量为20%时,合成的PUA复合乳液具有较好的贮存稳定性。与改性前的PU乳液相比,PUA涂膜的耐碱性、耐水性、耐溶剂性和力学性能都明显提高。The waterborne polyurethane prepolymer with C=C double bond was prepared taking toluene diisocyanate,polyester glycol,dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate as main raw materials. Then adding initiating agent and methyl methacrylate,the waterborne polyurethane-polyacrylate (PUA) hybrid emulsion was obtained by emulsion polymerization. The effects of the amount of DMPA and the amount of MMA on the properties of PUA emulsion were discussed. The structure and properties of prepared PUA emulsion were analyzed and characterized with FF-IR etc.The results showed that the PUA hybrid emulsion which was prepared by the mole ratio of total n (-NCO):n (-OH)=1.2. the amount of DMPA 5% and the amount of MMA 20% has good storage stability. Compared with the unmodified polyurethane emulsion,the alkali resistance,water resistance, solvent resistance and mechanical properties of PUA film were remarkably improved.
