摘 要:纤维增强石膏板具有环保、节能、资源丰富、造价低等优点。对石膏板隔孔灌注混凝土时偏心受压性能进行研究,对石膏板偏心受压时的破坏形式、承载力、影响承载力的因素等进行了分析,得出纤维增强石膏板隔孔灌注混凝土用于承重,能满足普通房屋的竖向承载力要求,但设计时应有足够的安全储备;试验中板宽度在由1020 mm(隔2孔)到1270 mm(隔3孔)时,极限承载力衰减较大,故实际使用中选用隔1孔或隔2孔构件较为合适。Rapidwall (fiber reinforced gypsum board has many merits such as environment protection,energy saving, resourceful and low cost etc. Study is made on eccentric compression of rapidwall with concrete filled every one or more holes, and analysis is made on destructive mode-the vertical load-bearing capacity, and the influence factors to the bearing capacity when the fiber reinforced gypsum board under eccentric compression. The conclusion is that the rapidwall with concrete filled every one or more holes used for bearing can satisfy the requirement of vertical load-bearing of common building but sufficient emergency capacity should be considered in design. The ultimate bearing resistance has great attenuation when the width of board from 1020 mm (concrete filled every two holes to 1270 mm (concrete filled every three holes) in eccentric axial load test. Therefore in actual application components with concrete filled every one or two holes are more suitable.
