摘　　要：目的 评价外伤性脾破裂非手术治疗的可行性及疗效.方法 对49例Ⅰ、Ⅱ级外伤性脾破裂行非手术治疗，并进行回顾性分析。结果49例均痊愈出院，并发症7例，无再发出血及腹腔脓肿发生。结论对于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级外伤性脾破裂在血流动力学稳定或经纠正后稳定，并排除腹腔空腔脏器损伤的病例在密切观察下可行非手术治疗。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of non - surgical treatment for traumatic spleen rupture. Methods Forty - nine patients with traumatic spleen rupture （Gall and Scbeele classification ： Ⅰ and Ⅱ）were treated by non - surgical treatment and be done retrospective analysis. Results Forty - nine cases were cured and discharged,seven cases had complications, bu no further blood and abdominal abscess issued. Conclusion Under close observation,it was possible that non - surgical treatment can be done for Ⅰ , Ⅱ-traumatic splenic rupture in the hemodynamic stability or corrected to stability, and the exclusion of the peritoneal cavity organ damage in patients,
