摘　　要：本文介绍了白细胞损伤试验的方法、判定结果。本试验为诊断药物变态反应的一种敏感方法,可为药物变态反应者提供用药选择的依据,并为潜在致敏者提供保护方法。In this article leucocyte injury test was used to determine 56 cases with drug hypersensitivity. The indexes of leucocyte injury were 0.20～0.90. This test may be used as a method to diagnose drug allergic reaction, and to provide a selectable judgement for people who were hypersensitive to drug allergies and a protective means for people who were drug potential sensitive.
