摘　　要：由于体育职业化、商业化以及电视媒体广泛介入的影响,国际竞技体育从管理、竞赛、训练等各方面都发生了重大变化。如何应对这些变化,已引起各国的高度重视。本文从竞技体育的强化管理、优化训练、项目布局、人才流动、世界竞技体育实力格局分析、奥运会发展、运动项目和赛制变化情况及其影响、科学训练及当前重点研究领域和热点,探讨了国际竞技体育发展的几个主要趋势,并提出了相应的对策和措施。Influenced by sports professionalism, commercialism and TV broadcasting, top-level sports world wide have experienced great changes during the Nineties and are facing even more changes in the coming 21st century. This has also brought deep influence on the current sports policies of different countries and has aroused their attention. In this paper, some focuses of the changes in top-level sports administration, new training measures, increased variety of competitions, cultivation and exchange of sports talents, world patterns of sports powers, development of Olympic Games, increases of sports events, science and technology, sports industry and so on were discussed.
