4种治疗SARS方剂解热作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨固表解毒合剂及其它3种治疗SARS方剂的解热作用。方法采用大鼠皮下注射干酵母悬液后立即给药,在给药后第1、2、4、6、8h时测定体温,求出各时刻相对于正常体温的体温变化值。结果固表解毒合剂使升高的体温降低,有一定的量效关系趋势,高剂量的作用最强,其它3首治疗SARS方剂也使升高的体温降低。结论固表解毒合剂具有解热作用。Objective To investigate the antifebrile effect of Gubiao Jiedu decoction and other three kind of SARS therapeutic recipes. Methods SD rats were given subcutaneous injection of dry yeast and treated with the TCM decoctions immediately, then measured the body temperature at the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th hour. Results Gubiao Jiedu decoction lowered the rising body temperature, there was a tendency of dose-effect relationship, highest dose had the strongest effect, and the other three kinds of SARS therapeutic recipes also had same effect. Conclusion Gubiao Jiedu decoction has antifebrile effect.
