极低出生体重儿120例部分并发症临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨极低出生体重儿部分并发症及其防治方法。方法 对2002年5月至2007年8月我科收治的120例极低出生体重儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组极低出生体重儿均存在1种以上并发症。呼吸暂停62例，血糖异常88例，贫血82例，视网膜病变6例10眼，院内感染16例。本组住院期间死亡6例，其中院内感染2例。结论对呼吸暂停、低血糖、贫血、视网膜病变等影响极低出生体重儿预后及生活质量的并发症应更加重视。院内感染也是极低出生体重儿死亡的重要原因，病情凶险，应积极防治。Objective To investigate some complications of very low birth weight infants （VLBWI）and the prophylaxis and treatment of them. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of VLBWI in our department from May 2002 to August 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Every VLBWI of this group had at least one complication, including apnea 62 cases, hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia 88 cases, anemia 82 cases,retinopathy of prematurity （ROP）6 cases 10 eyes, and nosocomial infections 16 cases. 6 VLBWI died in hospital,including nosocomial infection 2 cases. Conclusion Some complications such as apnea, hypoglycemia, anemia, ROP and so on, could affect the quality of life and the prognosis of VLBWI. We should pay much attention to them. Nosocomial infection is an important cause of death in VLBWI. It is critical and should be prevented and treated actively.
