摘  要:目的 通过将蒸馏水加温后对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期患者进行超声雾化吸入,以探讨其较传统加常温蒸馏水超声雾化吸入的治疗效果及呼吸道不良反应的耐受性。方法对167例COPD急性加重期患者加用加温蒸馏水为观察组及122例加常温蒸馏水设为对照组,每日2次超声雾化吸入,治疗7d为1疗程,进行观察。结果观察组患者坚持雾化吸入的比例明显高于对照组(P〈0.01),不良反应明显低于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论采用加温蒸馏水的超声雾化吸入,能够减少和减轻雾化吸入的不良反应,提高患者的耐受性,从而明显提高疗效。Objective To discuss the influence of the distilled water temperature in the supersonic nebulizer in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease acute aggrative time patients and adverse reaction,and campare with the tradition supersonic nebulizer. Methods The observation group of 167 cases for acute aggravation time patients carried supersonic nebulizer with the warming distilled water. The control group of 122 cases for acute aggravation time patients carried supersonic nebulizer with the normal temperature distilled water. The two groups all carried the supersonic nebulizer 2 times/d, seven days was a treatment course. Results The proportion of the observation group patients who persisted the atomization inspiration was obviously higher than the control group patients ( P 〈 0.01 ), the occurrence rate of the adverse reaction in the observation group was much lower than in the control group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Using the supersonic nebulizer with the warming distilled water could reduce the adverse reaction, enhance patients' tolerance and thus raise the curative effect obviously.
