摘　　要：叙述了冷挤压的工艺特点,对纯铝阶梯方铝罩的加工进行了工艺分析,计算了挤压力并选择了压力机,阐述了冷挤压模具结构及设计要点。The technological characteristic of cold extrusion was stated, and the processing of a pure aluminum rectangular step bottle was analyzed. The extrusion pressure was calculated and the forcing press was selected. The structure of cold extrusion die and the key design points were presented as well.
