美托洛尔注射液在非心脏手术围手术期应用的临床评价

摘　　要：目的:研究美托洛尔静脉制剂用于非心脏手术围手术期时心血管合并症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:60例非心脏手术围手术期合并心血管并发症患者分别接受了静脉美托洛尔(A组,31例)和硝酸甘油(B组,29例)治疗。结果:A组患者治疗后心室率明显降低,心室率平均下降39±16次/min,最大效应时间15min;B组心室率平均上升15±9次/min;两组患者用药后血压均有所下降,所有患者未因药物的副作用而终止治疗。结论:美托洛尔静脉制剂能迅速有效、安全的控制非心脏手术围手术期时心血管合并症。Objective： To observe the safety and efficacy of intravenous metoprolol for control of ventricular rate and blood pressure in noncardiac surgery. Methods： Sixty patients were enrolled in either intravenous metoprolol group （31 cases） or intravenous nitroglycerin group （29 cases）. Results： The heart rate of metoprolol group decreased 39±16beats/min, The ventricular rate control after 15 minutes of metoprolol administration was the most effective. The heart rate of nitroglycerin group increased 15 ± 9 beats/min, The two groups blood pressure were decreased. No patients stopped study because of side effects. Conclusion; Intravenous metoprolol is safe and effective in controlling ventricular rate and blood pressure of noncardiac surgery
