摘  要:石家庄—太原成品油管道工程,管道穿越太行山及黄土塬地区约200 km,其中黄土塬地区上层几十米内全部是湿陷性黄土,冲沟发育,下切深,沟陡,土质承载力极差,施工条件十分恶劣,管沟开挖后恢复困难,一旦处理不好,不仅会造成水土流失,破坏当地生态环境,而且严重影响管道的安全运行。针对这种情况,采取了一系列行之有效的措施,顺利完成了管道的水工保护工程,达到了水工保护效果。文章介绍了典型黄土塬冲沟地段的水工保护设计原则和施工方法。Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Products Pipeline passes through the Taihang Mountain and the loess plateau for 200 km.The upper stratum of the loess plateau consists fully of collapsible loess of several dozen meters in thickness with deep and steep gullies.The earth bearing capacity is extremely low and the construction condition is terribly harsh,recovering work after ditching is difficult.If the treatment is not well done,not only the soil erosion occurs and it damages the local ecologic environment,but also the safe running of pipeline is severely threatened.Aimed at these problems,a series of effective measures were adopted to implement hydraulic protection engineering and the hydraulic protection was achieved.This paper presents the design principle and construction methods of the hydraulic protection in gullied loess plateau.
