摘　　要：从胜利油田电网实际出发,通过对生产管理、电网结构、电价政策、供电服务的分析,提出了油田电网经济运营效益最大化管理模式,对影响电网整体效益的影响因素进行了分析、探讨,制定了具体措施,阐述了建立油田电网整体效益最大化管理系统的必要性和实施效果。Based on the practical situation of the Shengli Oilfield electric power network and the analyses of production management,electric network structure,electric rate policy and power supply service,the maximizing benefit management mode for oilfield electric power network economic operation is put forward,the factors influencing integrated electric network benefits are investigated and concrete measures are set up.The necessity of establishing this management mode and its practical effect are explained.
