前列腺炎与前列腺癌病例对照研究的Meta分析

摘　　要：[目的]定量分析前列腺炎与前列腺癌的关系。[方法]采用Review Manager4.2和SAS8.1等软件进行病例对照研究资料的Meta分析。[结果]本研究纳入文献的一致性检验有统计学意义,随机效应模型以及分层分析和稳定性分析结果一致。[结论]前列腺炎是前列腺癌的危险因素。[ Objective] To quantitative analyze the relationship between prostatitis and prostatic neoplasms. [ Methods] The ease control study information were analyzed by Meta analysis with Review Manager 4.2 and SAS 8.1. [ Results] The consistency checking for literatures included showed significant difference, and results of random effect model was in line with the results of stratification analysis and sensitive analysis. [Conclusion ] Prostafifis is a risk factor of prostatic carcinoma.
