摘 要:[目的]调查高校教师的心理健康状况,探讨维护高校教师心理健康的策略。[方法]采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对泸州医学院255名教师进行测查,测查时将评定时间跨度由最近1星期改为最近3个月,并对SDS量表标准分大于60分的教师进行面谈。[结果]SCL-90测验结果,90%以上的教师各因子分小于2;SDS、SAS测验,有近10%的教师有抑郁、焦虑情绪,但未检出符合抑郁症诊断的个体。[结论]高校教师总体心理健康状况良好,部分教师存在强迫、敌对、抑郁等心理问题。对高校教师进行心理健康教育和心理咨询服务是必要的。[Objective] To investigate on the mental health status of college teachers, and to explore the strategy for protecting their mental health. [Methods] 255 college teachers in Luzhou medical college were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) questionnaires. The time span for evaluation were changed from recent one week to recent three months. College teachers with the score of SDS above 60 were performed face to face interview. [Results] The results of SCL-90 showed that the depression score of more than 90% college teachers was below 2; The results of SDS and SAS demonstrated that 10% teachers have feeling of depression and anxious, but no teacher was diagnosed as depression. [Conclusion] The mental health status of college teachers showed to be well, some college teachers have mental problems of constraint, hostility and depression. It is necessary, to give mental health education and psychological counseling service to eollege teachers.
