摘  要:[目的]了解南京市驾驶员预防道路交通伤害的知识信念行为情况,比较事故驾驶员与非事故驾驶员知识、信念、行为的不同,从而为开展道路交通安全健康教育工作提供参考依据。[方法]采用病例对照研究方法,通过问卷调查收集事故驾驶员和非事故驾驶员的一般情况及驾驶员相关情况。以SPSS11.5软件进行统计分析。[结果]调查170名事故驾驶员和167名非事故驾驶员,结果显示:事故驾驶员与非事故驾驶员,预防和控制道路交通伤害的知识、态度、行为均存在一定的差异。事故驾驶员的知识、信念、行为得分均低于非事故驾驶员。[结论]驾驶员的知识、信念、行为是导致道路交通伤害的危险因素,针对驾驶员进行道路交通伤害知识、信念、行为的干预研究势在必行。[ Objective] To investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of preventing road traffic injuries among drivers in Nanjing, and to compare knowledge, attitude and behavior among drivers with traffic accidents and without traffic accidents so as to provide reference basis for develop health education of road traffic safety. [ Methods] By case-control study, the general status and related information of drivers with traffic accidents and without traffic accidents were collected with questionnaires. SPSS11.5 were conducted to analyze data. [Results] 170 drivers with traffic accidents and 167 drivers without traffic accidents were investigated. The results showed: the knowledge, attitude and behavior of preventing and controlling the road traffic injuries revealed significant difference between drivers with traffic accidents and without traffic accidents. [ Conclusion ] The risk factors inducing road traffic injuries were knowledge, attitude and behavior. Intervention study aimed at knowledge, attitude and behavior of road traffic injuries for drivers is inevitable and necessary.
