上海市闵行区2003～2006年痢疾病原菌菌型分布及变迁分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解本地区志贺菌的菌型分布及优势菌型,为痢疾防治工作提供科学依据。[方法]收集本地区2003～2006年送检样品中分离到的志贺菌进行流行病学分型。[结果]在4年中共检出1058株志贺菌,分为14个血清型,福氏志贺菌737株,宋内氏志贺菌321株。其中福氏4c219株,福氏2b193株,福氏1a120株,福氏2a93株,福氏X变种71株,还包括福氏1b、福氏3a、福氏4a、福氏4b、福氏5a、福氏5b、福氏6a、福氏Y变种共41株。2003年,优势菌种为福氏2b,2003年后福氏4c和宋内氏成为优势菌种。[结论]本地区流行的志贺菌为福氏志贺菌和宋内氏志贺菌,其中优势菌型为福氏2b型、福氏4c型和宋内氏志贺菌,优势菌型出现了变迁。[Objective] To investigate the distribution of Shigetla serotype and their dominance serotypes in Minhang district of Shanghai, so as to provide scientific basis for preventing shigella. [Methods] The Shigella isolated form submitted samples collected form 2003 to 2006 in Minhang district were analyzed by using epidemiologic typing. [ Results] 1058 strains of Shigella were isolated in four years and classified into 14 serotypes, including 737 strains of S. Flexneri and 321 strains of S. Sonnei. Out of all the Shigella strains, 219 strains were S. Flexneri 4c, 193 strains were S. Flexneri 2b, 120 strains were S. Flexneri la, 93 strains were S. Flexneri 2a, and 71 strains were S. Flexneri x. The rest 41 strains included S. Flexneri lh, S. Flexneri 3a, S. Flexneri 4a, S. Flexneri 4b, S. Flexneri 5a, S. Flexneri 5b, S. Flexneri 6a and S. Flexneri Y. The dominant serotype in 2003 was S. Flexneri 2b, and S. Flexneri 4c and S. sonnei were the dominant serot）33es after 2003. [Conclusion] The dominant serogroups of Shigelta in Minhang district of Shanghai are S. Flexneri and S. Sonnei, and the dominant serotypes of Flexneri are S. Flexneri 2b, S. Flexneri 4c, and S. Sonnei. The dominants serotypes has changed in recent 4 years.
