摘  要:为满足室内大空间的需要,黑龙江某多功能厅采用无粘结预应力井式梁板楼(屋)盖。介绍了预应力井式梁结构的材料选择、预应力工艺选择以及预应力筋的线型确定;着重分析了外载下井式梁内力,张拉预应力筋引起的弯矩及井式梁中无粘结筋极限应力;提出了采用预应力度法确定井式梁中预应力筋用量、通过满足承载能力极限状态和相关构造要求确定非预应力筋的设计思路。可供同类井式梁结构设计参考。In order to meet the need of big space, the unbonded prestressed concrete cross - beam floor is adopted in the multifunctional office building in Heilongjiang province. The paper simply introduces material selected, prestressing technique, the profile of prestressed reinforcement. The internal force due to outer load, moment arose by stretching prestressing tendons as well as the ultimate stress of prestressing tendons were analyzed. The ideas of design and calculation for the field of prestressing tendons and non - prestressing steel are discussed in the paper according to carrying capacity and some conformation need. It can offer the reference in the design of the similar engineering.
