摘  要:目的在地面条件下研究、评估载人航天飞行中密闭舱内温湿度控制系统的通风和换热特性。方法在实验室密闭舱内构建一个温湿度控制系统,测量舱内不同剖面的温度、湿度和气流速度,并通过计算流体力学分析重力和失重条件下该温湿度控制系统的效能。结果全面评估了构建的温湿度控制系统重力和失重条件下的温度、湿度控制能力,系统分析了重力和失重条件下的气流分布状态,证明它满足空间站的使用要求。结论本文提供的方法可以作为密闭舱内温湿度控制系统工程设计的辅助手段,用于任意重力条件下的密闭舱布局设计和大气环境分析。Objective To research and evaluate the ventilation and heat exchange character of the sealed-cabin temperature and humidity control system in manned space flight on the ground. Methods We built a temperature and humidity control system in a sealed-cabin in our laboratory and measured the temperature, humidity and air velocity at different sections in the cabin. The performance and efficiency of temperature and humidity control system were analyzd by CFD with the test data and model in gravity and zero-gravity conditions. Results The efficiency of temperature and humidity control system was evaluated and the distribution of draft was analyzed in gravity and zerogravity conditions. The results showed that the system is satisfied to the space station. Conclusion The method in this paper can assist to design the sealed-cabin temperature and humidity control system and the layout of a sealed-cabin. It may also predict the ventilation and air distribution in a sealed-cabin in any gravity conditions.
