摘　　要：本文阐述短期融资券的发展优势,并针对当前短期融资券面临的突出问题,提出今后发展的对策建议。The article analyzes the development of short-term financing bond market since May, 2005, and compares the differences among short-term financing bond, short-term bill, commercial paper, short-term loan and central bank bill. It describes the advantageous edge of short-term financing bond, and puts forward pro- posals concerning current problems in the development of short-term financing bond.
