丽江市县级医院高血压病人住院费用影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析云南省丽江市某县级医院高血压住院病人的住院费用及影响因素。方法收集丽江市某县级医院2006年98名住院病人病案首页资料进行分析。结果入院情况危急的高血压病人住院费用明显高于入院情况较好的病人;高血压病住院费用农民明显低于其他职业者。结论影响高血压病住院费用的主要因素是职业因素和入院时的危急情况,要加强高血压住院病人的住院费用管理。Objective To analyze medical expenses and influencing factors of in-patients with hypertension in a county hospital of Li Jiang city in Yunnan province, Methods 98 in-patients with hypertension were analyzed in a county hospital of Yunnan province in 2006, Results The in-patients with serious disease conditions had much higher medical expenses than those with better conditions, Peasants＇ medical expenses were obviously lower than other people, Conclusion The main influencing factors of medical expenses of in-patients with hypertension are occupation and severity of disease. It is necessary to enhance the management of medical expenses of in-patients with hypertension.
