摘　　要：目的介绍Bootstrap和Permutation方法在样本率多重比较中的应用。方法调用SAS中的MULTTEST过程,编写程序实现样本率的两两比较和与控制组比较,并通过实例说明效果。结果运用Bootstrap和Permutation方法能较好解决样本率的多重比较问题。结论使用Bootstrap和Permutation方法的SAS程序,简单明了,结果准确,使用方便。Objective To explore the applying of bootstrap and permutation on multiple comparisons in proportions.Methods Completed pairwise comparisons and multiple comparisons with the control in practical applications using SAS language and the MULTI＇EST procedures. Results Achieved multiple comparisons in proportions by bootstrap and permutation methods. Conclusion The S_AS program for bootstrap and permutation is useful, explicit, and provided with perfect results.
