摘　　要：针对数字化图像存储和传输的特点,提出利用动态规划算法对图像进行相应的压缩处理,设计实现图像压缩器,用以节省存储空间,提高数据传输速率,最后给出了算法实现的程序。Aiming at the characteristic of the digital images storing and transmitting, a images compressing is presented by utilizing dynamic layout algorithms . The image compressor is designed and implemented, which saves the storage space and improves the transmitting efficiency. Finally, the source program for implementing the algorithms is provided.
