摘  要:分别以涂覆炭黑粉末、喷涂炭黑水悬浊液、喷涂炭黑胶水悬浊液、喷涂炭黑和T255镍粉胶水悬浊液及先喷涂胶水再涂覆炭黑粉末的方法对密封Zn-Ni电池锌负极的表面进行处理,以1C恒流充放电和循环伏安测试研究了Zn-Ni电池的电化学性能。胶水为4%PTFE+3%CMC。以适当方式涂覆炭黑可降低电池内阻、提高电池充放电效率、提高负极材料利用率及延长电池循环寿命。喷涂含4%PTFE+3%CMC+1.5%炭黑的悬浊液,可使极化电压降低,内阻降低,电池容量提高。The surface of zinc anodes for sealed Zn-Ni batteries was treated by the means of coating carbon black, spraying carbon black aqueous suspension, spraying carbon black liquid glues suspension, spraying carbon black and T255 nickel powder liquid glue suspension,coating carbon black after spraying liquid glue. The electrochemical performance of Zn-Ni batteries was studied by 1 C galvanostatie charge/discharge and eyelie voltammetry tests. The glue was 4% PTFE + 3% CMC. Coating carbon black with proper means could decrease the internal resistance of battery, increase the charge-discharge efficiency of battery, inerease the utilization ratio of anode material and prolong the cycle number of battery. Spraying suspension with 4% PTFE + 3% CMC + 1.5% carbon black could reduce polarization voltage, reduce internal resistance, raise capacity of battery.
