摘　　要：通过对我国未成年人财产权相关立法的梳理和分析,指出了我国现行法对未成年人财产权保护存在的不足之处,并对完善未成年人财产权的保护提出了建议,即进一步明确父母对未成年子女财产的处分权。The paper analyzes the present laws of China related to the property rights for juveniles, points out the limitations of the legal protection of the property rights for juveniles, and gives some suggestions about completing the regulations of it, that is, to make the right of disposing of parents towards the property of juveniles clearer.
