摘　　要：阐述了工业工程在汽车制造业企业资源规划系统(ERP)实施中的核心作用,说明只有充分利用工业工程的思想、方法和技术,我国汽车制造业的ERP实施才能符合企业发展的需要。提出了一套适合我国汽车制造业的ERP实施流程,并对其中重点之处进行了详细描述。最后指出了影响ERP实施成败的几点注意事项。The important functions of IE in the execution of ERP in automotive industry are expounded in this article and this means that we need the optimum concept, method and technology of IE to conform the ERP to the demands of the enterprise development in the automotive industry. A set of execution flow of ERP in our automotive industry is described particularly. And finally, the several points which make an impact on the execution of ERP are pointed out.
