摘 要:目的探讨糖尿病性周围神经病神经电图早期诊断的价值以及与临床分型之间的关系。方法回顾分析168例糖尿病周围神经病患者神经电图(包括感觉神经传导速度SCV和运动神经传导速度MCV)的检测结果。结果糖尿病周围神经病患者神经电图异常改变占74.4%,感觉神经与运动神经、下肢与上肢的神经电图异常改变差异均有统计学意义。结论神经电图是早期发现和诊断糖尿病性周围神经病的检查手段,其临床分型与神经电图异常程度密切相关。Objective To explore the clinical and electroneurogram features in 168 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and the relationships between the results of electronerogram and clinical types. Methods The resalts of electronerogram (including sensory nerve conduction velocity SCV and motor nerve conduction velocity MCV) were reviewed. The interrelation between abnormal elctronerogram and clinical types was analysized. Results The abnormal rate of nerve conduction studies was 74.4% in 168 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The rate of diabetic distal polyneusoapthy was 81.6% in 168 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. More severe abnormal nerve conduction was found in lower limbs than in upper limbs. The abnormal degree in sensory nerve was more severe than that in motor nerve. Conclusion ( 1 ) The measurement of the nerve conduction velocity was helpful in the early diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy in diabetic patients. (2)The interrelation between the degree of abnormal electronurogram and clinic types was close.
