摘  要:采用机械合金化方法由Mg、Ni和Cu单质粉末(按原子比20.750.25混粉)合成MgNiCu贮氢材料。通过X-射线衍射测试了粉末材料的物相组织,并测试了不同球磨时间下材料的贮氢性能和电化学性能。结果表明:贮氢容量随球磨时间的延长出现了一个极大值,MgNiCu合金贮氢电极的放电容量随球磨时间的增加而增加,抗衰减能力也随之增强。还研究了氧化对其贮氢性能的影响,一般地,在空气中长时间暴露而氧化严重的粉末,经十次吸放氢循环才能完全活化。The MgNiCu (atom ratio was 20.750.25) hydrogen storage alloys were made by mechanical alloying, By X-ray diffraction, phase analysis was performed on the samples. The characteristics by hydriding and electro-chemistry of the MgNiCu alloys with different milling time were studied. The results showed that the storage capacities increased in the initial stage of milling time, and then decreased after long period of milling, and that the discharge capacities of MgNiCu electrodes increased with increasing the milling time. Increasing the milling time improved the circle life. The paper studied how oxidizing influenced storage hydrogen characteristics too. As a rule, the powder which had been exposed in air for a long time could be completly active again by absorbing and deabsorbing hydrogen.
