视频内窥镜在电站设备无损检测中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了视频内窥镜的种类、作用及其发展历程和方向。重点论述了视频内窥镜在电力系统的应用及其辅助设备的研制状况。通过实例,介绍了视频内窥镜在汽轮机转子中心孔检测、锅炉联箱检测、G IS变电站母线检测的方法,通过技术改进设计附件,扩大了视频内窥镜的应用范围,获得了良好的检测效果。In this paper the species and the effects of video - endoscopes were introduced, the history and the technical development tendency were described. The application in power industry and the manufacture status of its auxiliary equipments were discoursed. By the way of examples, the methods which make use of the video - endoscopes in nondestructive detecting for central hole of steam turbine rotor, boiler header and GIS transformer substation bus were also described. Because of the technical improvement in auxiliary equipment design, the application range of videoendoscopes was expanded, and the detecting effects have been enhanced.
