摘　　要：快速上肢评估(rapid upper limb assessment,RULA)是一种与操作相关的上肢失调调查法。因手指操作任务的复杂性,该方法中没有包含手指操作的细节评价,但手指失调在手指工效细节评估中不容忽视。通过对六种典型手指操作任务:电脑打字、鼠标点击、吉他弹奏、钢琴弹奏、裁剪、篆刻进行调查和试验研究,初步确定了手指操作的评价标准,修正了RULA评价表。最后对改进后的RULA进行了试验验证,结果表明:经改进的RULA比原来的方法能更有效地评价操作工效。RULA （rapid upper limb assessment） was a survey method of upper limb disorder associated with work. It haven＇s included detailed evaluations of work by fingers because of complexity. However, disorder of fingers couldn＇s be ignored in detailed evaluation of fingers ergonomics. Six representative fingers task ： typing with computer, clicking with mouse, playing guitar, cutting out, seal cutting and so on were researched and experimented, Criterions of assessment on fingers work were established preliminarily, Evaluation Table of RULA was modified. Experimental validation was progressed finally, results indicated：Improved RULA was more valid than primary in evaluation of work ergonomics.
