丹蛭降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病患者血浆血管性假血友病因子及血浆内皮素的影响

摘　　要：目的观察丹蛭降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病患者血浆血管性血友病因子(vWF)和血浆内皮素(ET)的影响。方法64例2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,单用马来酸罗格列酮者为对照组,合用丹蛭降糖胶囊者为治疗组。治疗2个月,观察两组患者治疗前后vWF、ET的变化。结果丹蛭降糖胶囊治疗组患者治疗后vWF、ET水平显著下调,与治疗前及对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论丹蛭降糖胶囊通过对vWF和ET的影响,有效地保护血管内皮功能受损,对防治糖尿病血管并发症的发生和发展具有重要意义。Aim To explore the effects of danzhijiangtang capsule（ DJC ） on yon Willebrand factor and endothelin in patients of type-2 di- abetes mellitus. Methods 64 cases of type-2 diabetes mellitus patients were randomly devided into treatment group treated with routine western medicine added with DJC and control group treated with simple western medicine. After two months,the changes of yon Wille- brand factor（vWF） and endothelin （ET） of patients in two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results Compared with that of control group ,vWF and ET of DJC in treatment group were improved significantly. There were significant differences in vWF and ET of DJC in treatment group between prior treatment and post treatment（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion DJC can reduce the level of vWF and ET, improve impaired blood vesse endothelium efficiently. It plays an important role in the preventation of diabetic progression.
