摘  要:目的:探讨斜视患者与正常人睫状前动脉(anterior ciliary artery,ACA)血管的血流动力学状态是否存在差异及应用彩色多普勒超声检查睫状前动脉的可行性。方法:搜集我院22例斜视患儿,用彩色多普勒超声观察其眼外直肌睫状前动脉血管的收缩期血流速度峰值(maximum systolic velocity,Vs)、舒张末期血流速度(diastolic velocity,Vd)及阻力指数(resistance index,RI),并与30例正常儿童作对照。结果:斜视患儿ACA的Vs,Vd,RI值较正常对照组减低,且均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床上未出现眼前节缺血症状的斜视患者眼前节的血流灌注量已经有所降低,但尚在机体代偿范围内;应用10 MHz以上的彩色多普勒超声探头检查睫状前动脉是一种简便可靠的方法。Objective: Study the difference in hemodynamie changes of anterior ciliary artery(ACA) in normal and strabismus using color Doppler ultrasonography and to evaluate the feasibility of checking anterior ciliary artery by using color Doppler uhrasonography. Methods: Twenty patients were examined using color Doppler ultrasonography. The maximum systolic velocity(Vs), mean velocity( Vm), end diastolic velocity (Vd) and resistance index ( RI ) of the anterior ciliary artery ( ACA ) were determined, measurements from 30 normal subjects served as control data. Results: Significant difference was observed between the strabismus and control groups for anyhemodynamic parameter in ACA ( P 〈 0. 05 )inspite of a little decrease in Vs, Vd and RI. Conclusion : The results manifest that because of the conpensation, dispite the blood per- fusion of anterior ciliary artery was decreased, there didn't occur the anterior segment ischemia. As a result, color Doppler ultrasonography is a reliable and easily applicable method for detecting anterior ciliary artery blood velocity parameters, if the frequency of the probe exceeds 10 MHz.
