摘　　要：目的：探讨小切口DHS内固定术治疗老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法：在C形臂X线机透视下闭合复位，小切口入路，DHS内固定术治疗粗隆间骨折36例。结果：本组手术切口5．5～6．5cm，平均5．8cm。术后随访12～36月，平均（14±4．5）月。36例骨折均达骨性愈合。疗效优25例，良9例，可2例，差0例，优良率94．4％。结论：应用小切口经皮微创DHS内固定术治疗老年患者粗隆间骨折，手术简便，创伤小，疗效好，是目前老年患者粗隆间骨折有效的内固定方法。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of minimally invasive internal fixation with dynamic hip screw （DHS） in the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures in the aged. netheds：Under fluoroscopy guidance, the closed reduction, minimally invasive incision and percutaneous internal fixation with DHS was performed on 36 patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures. Results ：The mean length of incision was 5.8 cm （ range from 5.5 to 6.5 cm）. The mean duration of follow - up was （ 14 ± 4.5 ） months （ range from 12 to 36 months）. All patients got bone union. The curative effects showed that 25 cases were excellent, 9 good and 2 fair, the excellent and good rate was 94.4%. Conclusions：The percutaneous fixation with DHS has advantages of operative convenience, minimal invasion, stable fixation and little complication. It is an effective method for treating the intertrochanteric femoral fractures in old people at present.
