摘　　要：对喉的杓状软骨部、杓间区、杓会厌襞等声门上区后半部病变的手术进路,一般采用舌骨上咽切开术或喉裂开术,前者术式因有会厌软骨往往妨碍手术操作,后者术式因位置深,操作不便,且造成术后粘连或喉蹼。我们改用横断会厌切开咽喉的手术径路,治疗1例左披裂混合瘤病人成功。现介绍如下。This paper describes a surgical technique for operation of the tumor of Post erior portion of the supraglottis. Following a horizontal skin incision, the hyoid bone is sectioned at the midline. The epiglottic cartilage is sectioned transversely. The transverse incision is extended to the bilateral piriform recess es. One case operated with seccess by present technique was reported.
