摘　　要：详述了多功能浆料DF525的组分和性能,以及实际生产应用情况。对用DF525浆料新配方上浆纱与原配方上浆纱的质量进行了对比分析,结果表明新配方的浆膜性能优越,在较高难度品种上能够完全取代PVA,减少再生毛羽,提高织造效率,可达到少用或不用PVA浆的目的。The component, property, production and application of multifunctional size DF525 were introduced in detail. The quality of sizing yarn using DF525 was compared with that of sizing yarn using common sizing instruction. The analyse results showed that the yarn quality sized by DF525 was better. It could reduce sizing hairiness, improve weaving efficiency, and replace or partially replace PVA.
