摘 要:目的:对三维适形放疗(3-Dimensional Conformal Radiatherapy,3DCRT)前的CT定位扫描技术进行研讨,以期获得更好的图像质量及病变靶区的精确度。方法:对恶性肿瘤80例患者行三维适形放疗前的肿瘤CT定位,再通过医院HIS系统将所获得的图像传输至ELEKTA医用直线加速器,对患者进行精确放疗。结果:80例肿瘤患者均定位准确,病变组织明显缩小,周围正常组织损伤较少,符合3DCRT的要求。结论:CT是3DCRT中提供精确定位的方法之一,对提高恶性肿瘤患者的放疗效果有重要价值。Objective:To discuss scanning technology of CT localization before the adoption of 3-Dimensional Conformal Radiatherapy with the purpose of better picture quality and Precision of Pathological change target area.Method:After Tumor CT localization is made on 80 Malignant tumor patients before the adoption of 3-Dimensional Conformal Radiatherapy,pictures gained by means of HIS system are sent to the Medical linear accelerator.Then Precise radiotherapy is made on patients.Result:All the 80 patients are precisely located,with the pathological change tissues reducing Obviously and Normal tissues nearby suffering a little damage,meeting the demands of 3DCRT.Conclusion:CT,one of the ways of precise location of Malignant tumor in3DCRT,is of great value in enhancing Malignant tumor patient's Radiatherapy effects.
