摘　　要：新日铁-安赛乐全球战略联盟以汽车板业务合作为核心,建立了完善的运行机制和配备了相应的人员。通过战略联盟合作,双方不仅构建了符合汽车制造业发展要求的汽车板产品全球供应及服务体系,而且在采购、环保及可持续发展、定标比超等合作领域也取得了进展。安赛乐与米塔尔合并后,新日铁与新公司签署了新的合作协议而使这一战略联盟得以延续。The global atrategic alliance between Nippon Steel Corporation（NSC） and Arcelor Focus on automobile steel sbeet business, with a full operation mechanism and a profession team. NSC and Arcelor constructed a global network of automobile steel sbeet products supply and service to answer for the demand of automobile industry. Furthermore, NSC and Arcelor gained a progress on other aspects too, sucb as procurement, environment and sustainable development,bencbmarking etal. After Arcelor combined with Mittal, NSC and the new corporation signed a new agreement to keep the alliance on.
