西门子PLC与LED汉显屏控制卡之间通讯的实现

摘　　要：论述了在矿井提升机控制系统中,如何实现西门子PLC S7-200与LED汉显屏控制卡之间的通讯,完成矿井罐笼在井下所在位置和提升机提升种类的实时监控和汉字显示。重点介绍了S7-200与LED汉显屏控制卡之间数据传输过程中的循环冗余校验(CRC)方法。该通讯方式已成功应用于山东小官庄铁矿矿井提升系统,运行效果良好。This article elaborated how to realize the communication between Simens PLC S7-200 and the LED Chinese display control card in the mine pit elevator control system, complete the real-time monitoring and Chinese displaying of the mine pit cage positionin in the mineshaft and the elevator hoisting type. Introduced with emphasis on the CRC check in the data transmission between S7-200 and LED Chinese display control card. This communication mode has successfully applied to the Shandong Xiaoguanzhuang iron ore mine hoist system, and the operation effect is good.
